Baptism

I read a great little book last week about baptism. It’s called Watermark by Pastor Bob Franquiz of Calvary Fellowship in Miami Lakes Florida. This is am amazing resource for anyone wanting to understand what baptism is and what it is not.

In fact, our church in Orlando is holding a baptism at Cocoa Beach in a couple of weeks. If you have never experienced a beach baptism let me tell you what an impact it has on people; both on the believer and unbeliever. Last time we had people coming up to us asking questions, commenting on what they just saw and one guy in particular was ministered to by our very own pastor Charles.

We had a group of about 70 people but the crowd that gathered was amazing. It’s powerful- the gathering of saints, because it shows the world visually what it means to follow Christ in baptism.
